Enviro-tech Unlimited Construction Services, LLC. (ETUCS) is a licensed, bonded, and insured General Contractor that has been providing utility construction services in North Carolina since 2007. ETUCS has built its reputation on excellence. Our main focus has always been on providing seamless services from project conception to completion. As a General Contractor, we are committed to providing the highest standards of performance, quality, and safety. We value and understand our client's investment in infrastructure and will express it by building excellence.
Enviro Tech Unlimited Construction Services LLC. is the continuation of the construction and heavy repair services company began by William "Bill" Freed In 1985. A construction company born from an operations service provider now continues its sole focus on customer service, community health and safety.
Company History
Growing up in a semi agricultural environment I learned that intentions didn't mean much, excuses were useless and the person who could fix stuff, do what they said they would do and never needed to make an excuse or a qualifying statement about their work was a highly valued person. I have tried be that person, surround myself with like people and train and teach people to be highly valued people.
